Some would think on fifth dimension for example as an abstract or just mental dimension, or ideology. Also most have the faith or the knowledge that it is after the 4th dimension which they believe it is the time. Time and space is the same. The fifth comes the 2, or the 8. Geometrical or Material visual may look unusual sometimes because of this. 3 Dimension is not that simple at all how people imagine or feel, or even understand.
